Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of AnchorSafe Pflugerville Landscapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our landscaping services.
Services Provided
AnchorSafe Pflugerville Landscapers provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, and related outdoor property maintenance. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on our assessment of your property and project requirements. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial consultation. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and require payment upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We schedule services based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and crew scheduling. While we strive to meet all scheduled appointments, some delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Repeated cancellations may result in service discontinuation.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to all areas where work will be performed. Please secure pets and notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features on your property. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or features not disclosed to us prior to beginning work.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Plant warranties vary by species and season, and will be specified in writing for installation projects. Hardscaping and irrigation work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from completion. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, and improper maintenance are not covered by our warranty. You must notify us in writing of any issues within 30 days of discovery.
Liability and Insurance
AnchorSafe Pflugerville Landscapers carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree that any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion.
Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and creative work product created by AnchorSafe Pflugerville Landscapers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use designs for your property only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs for other properties requires our written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
